- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Coconut oil (for greasing)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan with a touch of coconut oil.
- Combine the wet ingredients: mix together pumpkin puree, blueberries, and eggs in a bowl until mixed thoroughly.
- Combine the dry ingredients: blend whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until firm to the touch and golden brown.
- Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optional: drizzle yogurt on top for decoration.
