- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup as a substitute)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and egg in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats gradually, mixing with your hands if necessary. Add water if the dough is too dry.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut out heart shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
