Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweet Potatoes, boiled or baked until tender
  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Peanut Butter

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, combining rolled oats and cinnamon.
