Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons xylitol-free peanut butter (optional)
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Start by rinsing the strawberries and peeling the bananas.
  2. Blend the fruits: In a blender, combine 1 cup of strawberries and 2 ripe bananas. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in the yogurt: Add ½ cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt to the fruit mixture.
  4. Add the peanut butter: If using, add 2 tablespoons of xylitol-free peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Blend again.
  5. Pour and freeze: Pour the mixture into molds or an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  6. Pop and serve: Once frozen solid, pop them out and store extras in a freezer-safe bag.

Notes

To make removing treats easier, consider greasing molds with coconut oil. Supervise your dog while enjoying these treats.
