Instructions
- Prep the Bananas: Peel and slice the ripe bananas into small chunks or mash them until smooth.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a bowl or blender, combine banana chunks, yogurt, peanut butter (if using), and a bit of water.
- Mix Well: Blend until creamy and smooth, making sure no lumps remain.
- Fill the Molds: Spoon the mixture into fun-shaped molds.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours until firm.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pop out the treats and serve them to your pup, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Ensure the yogurt is plain and free from added sugars, and check the peanut butter for xylitol.
