- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Boil sweet potato chunks in water for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Flake the cooked salmon into a large bowl.
- Add the sweet potatoes and optional chopped carrots, and gently mash the mixture together.
- Sprinkle in fresh herbs for flavor.
- Cool the food before serving. Portion for your pet, refrigerate, or freeze leftovers.
