Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 4 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- Optional: shredded coconut or carob chips
Instructions
- Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil in a saucepan over low to medium heat until smooth.
- Add the raw honey and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispie cereal until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch pan or mold into shapes.
- Cool the treats at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes before cutting.
- Drizzle melted carob on top for an extra treat if desired.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter is free from xylitol. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
