- Add spices: Sprinkle in cinnamon and baking powder. Mix until you achieve a thick, pourable batter.
- Heat the skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, greasing lightly with coconut oil if desired.
- Cook the pancakes: Pour small rounds of batter onto the skillet, leaving space between each. Flip when bubbles appear, cooking until golden brown.
