Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin puree. Stir in the eggs until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
