- 1 egg
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken or beef broth
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat/almond flour for gluten-free)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the peanut butter, egg, and broth in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and whole wheat flour, stirring gently.
- Knead the mixture on a floured surface until it holds together.
- Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick.
- Cut into shapes using cookie cutters and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
