  • ΒΌ cup coconut flour (or additional oat flour if needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of oats, and 1 tablespoon of honey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until fully incorporated. Adjust consistency with coconut flour or additional oats if necessary.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them set.
