Delicious and nutritious pupcakes made with peanut butter and bananas, perfect for your furry friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup natural, unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg or 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water (for vegan option)
  • 1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter and egg or flaxseed egg mixture.
  4. Whisk together the flour and baking powder in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the pupcakes for a few minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Serve the cooled pupcakes to your happy pups.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for longer preservation.
