Ingredients
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 cup natural, unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg or 1 tbsp ground Flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water (for vegan option)
- 1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter and egg or flaxseed egg mixture.
- Whisk together the flour and baking powder in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the pupcakes for a few minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve the cooled pupcakes to your happy pups.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for longer preservation.
