Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the asparagus by rinsing, trimming the tough ends, and drying them.
- Season the asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in a single layer for 12-15 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the Parmesan cheese for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
