- 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 2 large eggs
- 1¾ cups whole wheat flour (or substitute with oat or almond flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Optional: ¼ cup finely grated carrots or diced apples
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep your bundt cake pans.
- Combine peanut butter, chicken broth, and eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder, stirring gently until combined.
- If using, mix in grated carrots or diced apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans, filling them ¾ full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Garnish with additional peanut butter or dog-friendly sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Ensure peanut butter does not contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
