- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or oatmeal flour for gluten-free)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 beaten egg (or flaxseed egg)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Water or low-sodium broth as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 beaten egg, and 1 tablespoon honey in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until it forms a dough; add water or broth as needed.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth, and roll out to about ½ inch thick.
- Cut out shapes using cookie cutters and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool before serving and store in an airtight container.
Notes
