Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup all-natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with a little peanut butter.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well until combined.
- Beat in the egg until well mixed.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour and baking powder, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Spread peanut butter on top as frosting if desired!

Best served fresh; can be frozen for up to two months.
