Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- Optional: pinch of turmeric or peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and chop the mangoes, blending them until smooth to make 1 cup of mango puree.
- Combine the mango puree, egg, and melted coconut oil in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
- Add the whole wheat flour and rolled oats gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Make sure the treats are completely cooled before serving to avoid burns.
