Instructions

  1. Start by melting ½ cup of coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until it’s completely liquefied.
  2. Remove it from the heat and mix in 2 tablespoons of baking soda to create a paste.
  3. Finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley or peppermint leaves and stir them into the mixture.
  4. If you’re feeling fancy, add a little broth or turmeric to flavor it up.
  5. Once the mixture is consistent, pour it into a small, easily accessible container.

Notes
