Instructions
- Prepare the quinoa: Rinse quinoa under cold water. In a pot, combine with broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the protein: In a skillet, cook the protein over medium heat until browned—break into small bits for your pup.
- Sauté the veggies: Add olive oil to the skillet, and sauté chopped veggies for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Combine the ingredients: Fluff the quinoa and mix with meat and vegetables in a bowl, adding chopped herbs.
- Cool and serve: Allow to cool before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for future meals.
