Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat/rice flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chicken broth and egg in a mixing bowl, whisk until frothy.
  3. Add the flour and rolled oats, mixing until thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in the herbs and any optional ingredients.
  5. Roll out the dough to half an inch thick on a floured surface.
