Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- ½ cup xylitol-free peanut butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan with coconut oil or non-stick spray.
- Combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 mashed banana, and ½ cup of peanut butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries and 2 eggs.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon in another bowl, then add to the wet mixture.
- Add ½ cup of water gradually to achieve a smooth batter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
- Decorate with dog-friendly yogurt or more blueberries if desired.
