Ingredients
- 1 pound beef (ground or cubed)
- 1 cup fresh peas (or frozen)
- 1 cup carrots (finely chopped or grated)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Sauté the beef in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes for ground beef).
- Add the chopped carrots and peas to the skillet and stir them in.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes if using frozen peas.
- Season the mixture by removing it from heat and adding chopped parsley.
- Cool the mixture before serving and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
Avoid using mushrooms and garlic, as they can be harmful to dogs. This recipe can be portioned and frozen for later use.
