- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 Egg (or flaxseed meal mixture)
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the pumpkin puree and applesauce in a large bowl. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended.
- Add the egg (or flax mixture) and blend until smooth.
- Combine the whole wheat flour and cinnamon in another bowl, gradually adding to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls or flatten with cookie cutters.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Cool completely before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
