Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the almond flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and egg in a large bowl to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store leftover treats in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
