Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts or thighs, boneless
- 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce or chicken broth
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C).
- Slice the chicken into uniform strips or bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce and garlic powder for at least an hour.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 2-3 hours until dry and firm.
- Cool the jerky and store it in an airtight container.
Notes
For dogs with allergies, substitute soy sauce with apple cider vinegar or homemade broth.
