Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ¾ cup gluten-free oats
- ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut flour (optional)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas until smooth and mix in the oats and peanut butter.
- Incorporate the coconut flour (if using) and egg, stirring to bind the mixture.
- Roll the dough into small balls or flatten into shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for added sweetness. Monitor the baking time as ovens vary.
