Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (dog-safe)
- Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine one cup of blueberries, one cup of yogurt, one ripe banana, and half a cup of peanut butter. Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour into molds: Grab your silicone ice cube trays or dog-shaped molds. Carefully pour the mixture into the molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them chill for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.
- Serve: Once frozen, pop your treats out of the molds and serve them right away or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for future tail-wagging moments.
Notes
Make sure to use plain yogurt and avoid sweetened varieties. Silicone molds make it easy to pop out the treats.
