Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and eggs to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the oats gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for an even mix.
- Roll out the dough to about ½-inch thickness and cut into shapes (optional).
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Ensure to use unsweetened, unsalted peanut butter for the best results. Adjust baking time for softer treats if preferred.
