- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cooking and shredding it, ensuring it’s juicy and tender.
- Sauté in a large skillet, heat butter or olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until golden brown and fragrant.
- Combine the shredded chicken and mix well. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing everything to a simmer.
- Add fresh herbs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, enhancing the flavor.
- Shape the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, form small squares or rounds, then refrigerate until set.
- Cook again in a skillet with a little butter until crispy on the outside, flipping carefully.
