Ingredients
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chicken until fully cooked, then let it cool and shred finely.
- Combine the shredded chicken, blueberries, olive oil, honey, and beaten egg in a large bowl.
- Add whole wheat flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface and cut into stick shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm.
- Let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
