Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (breast or thighs), shredded
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cooked chicken and broccoli in a food processor to create a slightly chunky mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, add the flour, egg, and chicken broth, and stir until well mixed.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place the treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
