Instructions

  1. Prepare the blueberries by rinsing fresh ones or using frozen ones directly.
  2. Blend the blueberries with water or chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Add optional peanut butter or yogurt and blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Insert sticks or pieces of carrot into the molds if necessary.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  7. Remove the popsicles by running warm water over the molds before serving.
