- 1 pound ground beef or stew meat
- 2 cups fresh carrots, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash and chop the carrots into small, bite-sized pieces. Dice the beef into similar-sized chunks if using whole cuts.
- Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and sauté until browned.
- Add the carrots: Fold in the carrots and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in broth: Gradually add the broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Season with herbs: Sprinkle in the herbs and stir well, allowing the flavors to meld for about 10 minutes.
- Cool & Serve: Allow to cool before serving. Portion into dog bowls and store leftovers in an airtight container.
