Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and peanut butter until blended.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until consistent.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
