- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 fresh beetroots

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap the beetroots in foil and bake for about 45 minutes until tender, then cool, peel, and chop.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the mashed beetroots and oats in another bowl, adding cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Fold the mashed bananas into the beet mixture until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through if desired.
