Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- Core and chop the apples into manageable pieces without peeling.
- Combine the grated zucchini, apples, egg, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour gradually until a dough forms, adjusting with more flour if too wet.
- Knead briefly on a floured surface and roll out to about ½ inch thick.
- Cut into shapes with cookie cutters or slice into sticks.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
