Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (full-fat, unsweetened)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Silicone molds or ice cube trays

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools in a clean kitchen.
  2. Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl and blend slightly for a smooth texture.
  3. Fold in the fresh or thawed berries, mashing some if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling to the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  6. Remove the bites from the molds and store in an airtight container if not serving immediately.
  7. Serve to your dog on a warm day and watch their tail wag!
