Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt (Greek or regular)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and slice them into small chunks.
  2. Combine the sliced strawberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Form small balls using a tablespoon-sized scoop and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  6. Store in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag with parchment paper between layers.
  7. Serve at room temperature after a few minutes out of the freezer.
