- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 2 cups whole wheat flour (or substitute with oat flour)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs, turmeric, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate whole wheat flour gradually until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut into fun shapes or squares with cookie cutters.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
