- 2 cups fresh carrots, shredded
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or cooked)

- 1 large egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional: herbs like parsley or turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and chop the carrots into small pieces.
- Combine the shredded carrots, pumpkin puree, and flour in a large bowl.
- Add the egg and peanut butter; mix thoroughly.
- Gradually add water until the dough is workable.
- Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut into sticks.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or frozen for up to three months.
