- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup grated carrots

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and grated carrots.
- Add eggs and whisk until well mixed.
- In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour and oats.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding until combined.
- Roll out the dough to ½ inch thick and cut out shapes.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
