Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Holiday sprinkles (for coating)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Grease your hands and roll the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Melt white chocolate in a bowl, then dip each Rice Krispie ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re thoroughly covered.
- While the chocolate is still melty, sprinkle the holiday sprinkles on top.
- Let the balls cool until the chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container.
Notes
These treats can be customized with different types of sprinkles or by using dark chocolate instead of white chocolate for a richer flavor.
