- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Gently stir in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Scoop the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top before baking for added flavor.
