Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint or lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into chunks and removing any seeds.
  2. Blend the watermelon chunks in a blender until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired. Blend again until combined.
  4. Mix the watermelon puree with the yogurt in a large bowl until smooth.
