Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add fettuccine, cook until al dente, and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, season chicken, sear for 6-7 minutes on each side, then remove and slice.
