Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, warm the oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped vegetables and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them lightly.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Stir gently to combine.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.
- Stir in fresh herbs right before serving.
- Let the scramble cool before serving to your dog.
Notes
Make sure to chop the vegetables into small pieces for easy chewing. Cool the dish before serving to avoid burning your dog’s mouth.
