Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the ground turkey in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Combine turkey, pumpkin, herbs, bread crumbs, egg, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These chews can be served warm with dips or as a standalone snack. They also freeze well for meal prep.
