Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the ground turkey in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Combine turkey, pumpkin, herbs, bread crumbs, egg, and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
