Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by boiling or steaming until tender, then mash until smooth.
- Mix the mashed sweet potatoes, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl until well blended.
- Add flour gradually until a firm dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Cool completely before serving and store leftovers in an airtight container.
