Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (without added sugars or xylitol)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato with the rolled oats.
  3. Add the egg and peanut butter, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, if desired, and stir to incorporate.
