- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats, chopped strawberries, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized nibbles and place them on the baking sheet, about an inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
For added texture, consider folding in chopped nuts or seeds. You can also add coconut flakes for a tropical flavor.
